Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using PipeFit Pro (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use PipeFit Pro on devices you own or control, in accordance with the App Store / Google Play terms.

2. Free vs. Pro

PipeFit Pro offers free features (Simple Offset, Right Triangle, basic reference data) and a one-time Pro upgrade ($5.99 USD or local equivalent) that unlocks all 10 calculators and 7 reference tables for the lifetime of the App on your purchase platform (Apple ID or Google account).

3. Accuracy Disclaimer

PipeFit Pro performs calculations based on documented mathematical formulas and ASME-published reference data. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure accuracy:

  • You are solely responsible for verifying calculations before using them on a job site.
  • You must follow all applicable safety codes, manufacturer specifications, and engineering standards.
  • The App is a tool to assist professionals — it does not replace professional judgment.

We are not liable for material loss, injury, or damages resulting from the use or misuse of any calculation produced by the App.

4. Intellectual Property

PipeFit Pro, its source code, design, and content are owned by the developer. ASME standard references are used under fair use for reference purposes only. You may not reverse-engineer, redistribute, or resell the App.

5. Updates

We may release updates to fix bugs, add features, or update reference data. Pro purchases remain valid across updates on the same platform.

6. Termination

These terms remain in effect until you uninstall the App. We may revoke access if you violate these terms (e.g., piracy, abuse).

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be communicated via the App or this website. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any dispute will be resolved in the appropriate Vietnamese courts unless required otherwise by your local consumer-protection law.
