PipeFit Pro is sold exclusively through the Apple App Store and Google Play. All purchases — including the one-time Pro upgrade — are processed and refunded directly by these platforms, not by us.
Apple App Store (iOS / iPadOS)
To request a refund for an iOS purchase:
- Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID.
- Find the PipeFit Pro purchase and select "Request a refund".
- Choose a reason and submit. Apple typically responds within 24–48 hours.
Apple's standard policy allows refund requests within 14 days of purchase in most regions, though this varies by jurisdiction (e.g., EU consumer rights apply).
Google Play (Android)
To request a refund for an Android purchase:
- Within 48 hours of purchase: open Google Play, find PipeFit Pro, tap "Refund" (when available).
- After 48 hours: visit Google's refund request page and submit a request. Google reviews on a case-by-case basis.
